Using the experience in engineering, operation, and product development Guillermo Hernandez creates a synergy between business and engineering background perfectly suited for high technology markets. Guillermo is currently a Grad Student of a Master of International Business at Florida International University and has served as a Project Engineer for NetUno (one of the biggest MSO in Venezuela).

As a Project Engineer in NetUno, Guillermo has leaded the company in the Digital/Analog Video, Internet and VoIP services planning and implementation. He has improved processes, operation and products trough engineering analysis, in a multi professional team environment.

Guillermo graduates from UNEFA (Universidad Nacional Experimental de Las Fuerzas Armadas Nacionales, Venezuela) as an Electronic Engineer, and worked for eight years in all aspects of engineering networks for telecommunication services. Guillermo combined his strong technical background with a Master of International Business degree from IESA (Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Administracion, Venezuela) Busines School. He specialized in strategic and financial analysis, understanding all technical and non-technical variables that must be manage to create and operate successful corporations.

Funded in his experience and knowledge, Guillermo plans to continue his career in product and business management.
